PRESIDENTES DE LA UNIÓN HISPANOMUNDIAL DE ESCRITORES (UHE) CARLOS GARRIDO CHALÉN, MILAGROS HERNÁNDEZ CHILIBERTI Y GERAK MILLALONCO VELÁSQUEZ RECIBEN TÍTULOS NOBILIARIOS, ORDEN DE CRISTO REY, DE LA SOBERANA CASA DUCAL GOLD FERRARI, CASA REAL DE RURIKOVICH RUSIA

Tres Presidentes de la Unión Hispanomundial de Escritores (UHE), el poeta peruano Carlos Garrido Chalén (Presidente Fundador), la poeta venezolana Milagros Hernández Chiliberti (Presidente Ejecutiva Colegiada) y el poeta chileno Gerak Jairo Millalonco Velásquez (Presidente Ejecutivo Adjunto), fueron Designados por el Gran Principe de Rusia, Prof. Dr. Javier Otto Jorge Gold Ferrari, Ph.D.DHS.M.A, Jefe de la Dinastía Gold Ferrari Rurikovich, con Títulos Nobiliarios de la Orden de Cristo Rey.
El anuncio fue hecho a los galardonados, por el propio Grand Prince of House Rurikovich Russia, Miembro del Fondo de los Príncipes y de la Asamblea General, Doctor en Política Internacional, Ciencias Militares y Estrategia de Inteligencia y Juez Principal para Sudamérica de la Corte Brasilera de Justicia Arbitral (quien ostenta también los Títulos de Imperial Highness Grand Prince of House Rurikovich Russia, Imperial Highness Grand Duke of Russia of House Rurikovich Rusia, Imperial Highness Grand Duque de Rusia Casa Rurikovich, entre otros).
El Dr. Javier Otto Jorge Gold Ferrari, Rector Internacional de la Universidad Emill Brunner, la Universidad Anselmo de Aosta y Fatenovi-Facultad de Teologia Nueva Vida y Cabeza visible de la Fundación Fox, Miembro Académico de Número de la Academia Heráldica Saint Paúl y Miembro Honorario de The Canadian Health Sciences Institute, Serenisimo Soberano Gran Maestre Serene Sovereign Order Knight of King Christ y de la Orden Imperial de Gold Ferrari Rurikovich, expresó a los escritores distinguidos, que los Títulos han sido otorgados haciendo una lectura del trabajo exitoso a favor de la literatura, la solidaridad de los pueblos y la paz mundial, que los tres Presidentes de la UHE vienen realizando en los cinco Continentes.
Carlos Garrido Chalén, el Fundador de la UHE, autor de una treintena de libros publicados, es Premio Mundial de Literatura “Andrés Bello” 2009 de Venezuela y el año pasado fue postulado desde once países al Premio de Literatura en habla castellana "Miguel de Cervantes" de España; Milagros Hernández Chiliberti, poeta y lingüista de prestigio continental, ha publicado igual número de obras que son reconocidas a nivel mundial y Gerak Jairo Millalonco Velásquez, Premio Nacional a la Difusión del Arte y la Cultura Indígena, Chile 2010, Presidente Fundador del Centro Cultural de las Letras y Artes, Chile, es Presidente Primer Congreso Internacional Literario por la Identidad de los Pueblos y la Paz, Embajador Universal de la Cultura, Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia, Embajador Universal de la Paz, Circle Universel des Ambassadeurs de la Paix, Ginebra y Director Mundial de Nuevas Generaciones Sociedad Venezolana de Arte Internacional.
